A perfect way to work on toning and strengthening your core while expressing your inner self through dance. We focus on increasing flexibility, focus and stamina with hoops. This energized class is designed for letting loose, finding your flow and burning up to 500 calories an hour!

30 hoops available on a first come first serve basis.
