Bootcamp with Kelvin Smith

Use the Park's lawns, benches, stairs, hills, and paths to reach your fitness goals! This interval-based class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This bootcamp is designed to changes frequently, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves!

This program meets at the Grand Steps in Mill River Park.
