Use the Park's lawns, benches, stairs, hills and paths to reach your fitness goals! This interval based class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This bootcamp is designed to change frequently, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class!
